UPDATE: After waiting a month for a shipment that normally should take 8-10 days according to their website i still haven't received anything. After contacting them what will happen now, they decided to get me a refund. Don't order online for turtlebeach parts. I have sent 16 emails for this matter, been told something else everytime.. Bad customer service to say the least..
*I ordered a plug in microphone 20 days ago. They've sent it with some unknown parcelservice ( Hermes) and there, for some reason, they decided to send it back to turtle beach. Tried to contact turtle beach, but it's near to impossible to get in touch with them. What company only has an email to send to? Some kind of customer-service would be nice.. I will never buy turtle beach again!

i purchased the $150 headset for the xbox stealth 700 gen 2, was able tp get a couple weeks of gameplay in. Randomly completely by itself the device turned off and stopped working . i assumed the headset had just died and needed to be charged like most devices. after a few hours of frustration trying to get it to charge and turn on between the 4 usbs i tried and the several methods to reset the headset i plugged the device in the computer and the name was changed to dxlbootloader. confused as to what was going on i researched and found SEVERAL reviews finding out and realizing the is a HUGE isssue that a ton of people are having instead of throwing it away and giving up on it i tried over and over and over different ways looked up possible fixes tried to learn and understand the tech on the computer side so that i personally could find a way to fix it without waisiting as much time it would take to contact the company but i simply could not find a fix for the particular issue . ok no big deal just contact turtle beach and get it fixed right? wrongggg it took 2 weeks for me to get a response from turtle beach and when i did they informed me to try doing what i was already trying to do such as the hard resets and firmware updates and what not. upon informing the representative i have tried such things it took another 3 days to recieve a response, that of which was asking if i tried to firmware update on a phone with mmobile audio hub which unfortunately i do not have access to. I was informed that i would have to send it in to get evaluated and that i would not be recieving a replacement untill theyve confirmed the issue with the device . i did not spend 150 for a headset i got 2 weeks out of and will not be able to use for well over a month at that point i am a video gamer/twitch streamer gaming is my life my passion and i cant even speak to a single person. a wide spread issues turtle beach has openly acknowledged and are doing everything in their power to "make sure it doesnt work" . i have no problem sending the device back to get it repaired or replaced but they will not send one to me so untill theyve proven so. this is unnacceptable for a $150 headset. it should be replaced just for the pure amount of time it took to get a reponse let alone all the details that was given with the device purchase date, receipt ,company the works. and im not even recieving anything for the grievance, time lost, patience ive given. I WOULD OF EASY SPENT DOUBLE THE CASH ON THE HEADSET TO THE RIGHT OF IT HAD I KNOWN ITS FIRMWARE CAUSES THE DEVICD TO BRICK ITSELF AND WOULDNT BE ABLE TO USE IT FOR OVER A MONTH Turtle beach ? i will not buy from turtle beach again. i am expecting a refund so i can purchase a headset from a more reliable company, of which is still going to be weeks because "its needs evaluated first"

I had a set of stealth 600

I had a set of stealth 600, that stopped working, amazon sorted it and after speaking to turtle beach they where replaced just after the warranty had run out. Well done for that turtle beach. I then bought a set of steel series 9x at slightly under 200 pound. Excellent headphones that lasted 3 months. I bought directly from steelseries thinking I would get no issues if faulty. After nearly 4 months and countless emails ive got no where. There is no words I can put on here that would describe there customer service. Expensive price to pay to be treated with contempt. So back to turtle beach. Ive just gone back to a set of 700 gen 2. I liked the way you can use the app on your phone to adjust the sound and found them more than adequate for what I need as none streamer.. So just be careful when your buying headphones. Price doesn't mean quality and more importantly customer service.

THEY ARE SELLING HEADSETS THAT END UP NOT WORKING stealth 700 gen 2

DO NOT BUY!!!

I recently bought the stealth 300 headphones and they don't even work. I followed every instruction, even the Spanish instructions. It wont even work. Whatever you do, NEVER EVER buy these headphones

Their customer service is an absolute…

Their customer service is an absolute joke. They keep giving me the run around about refunding a product I NEVER RECIEVED. Dont know how they have any customers left

Headsets are cheaply made spent decent…

Headsets are cheaply made spent decent money on these for them to break after a couple months of use. I made the mistake of buying two different models from turtle beach in both of them are dead, One lasted about a month the other one lasted close to three months. Very disappointed with this company you would think they would at least build them better and sturdier but I guess not. Don’t buy these you will be disappointed when they stop working and your kid wants you to buy another headset when you just spent a couple hundred dollars over the past four months.I will definitely be looking at other brands and I suggest if you’re looking for a headset you do the same.

Headset came Broken/with Terrible Quality

I bought the Stealth 300 headset for Xbox One and it came with terrible mic quality. Friends complained about constant static and my voice being too quiet regardless of the changes I made to settings.

Customer service and warranty

Headphone was not working on the right side, they offered to replace them as they were still under warranty but I have to cut the cable....this is absolute idiocy.
I have never heard of a company asking their product to be damaged further in order to honor their warranty.
DO NOT BUY Turtle Beach!!...terrible customer service and warranty????????????????
Spend your money on a gaming headset like Logitech who will replace them under warranty without question.

Waste of money dont buy them

Please please please dont buy a headset from these scammers they are a wast of money i have spent 60 pound in the last week because i bought one and it broke and then i bought another one and it has just broke now. As you can probably tell this ha really annoyed me and i just want to say that they are a well known company so people buy heasets from them thinking that they are good. But they actually last for a few days and they then stop working. I want my money back

Turtle Beach Stealth 600 Gen 2

Today I bought a new turtle beach headset and I was more than disappointed to find that my BLUETOOTH headphones don't connect without a Xbox Bluetooth connect adapter. I understand that I made a poorly educated buy but in the same respect for the price, I expected them to be able to connect to my PC, with. out. issue... This was clearly not the case. Turtle beach has lost a customer today because of how poor this business decision was and how ridiculous it is to have such a high price for a headset that cant even connect across most Bluetooth supported platforms. A poor attempt to make money with good looks on the outside and nothing short of trash on the inside.
